We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability. Typically, we suggest at least a week's notice, but feel free to contact us for last-minute requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Are your cleaners experienced with move-in/move-out cleaning?

- Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you find any areas that do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will send a cleaner back to address any issues at no additional charge.

To prepare for the cleaning, please ensure the property is vacant and personal belongings are removed so the cleaners have full access to all areas. This allows us to conduct a thorough cleaning for the best results.
